At Stitched by Leia, each item is custom made with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please double-check all order details, including names, spellings, colors, and design selections, before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and work toward a solution.
